Vote now to decide on how to spend $1M in the 40th Ward! Register and Vote now!

Alderperson Andre Vasquez is asking all neighbors to vote on how to spend $1M in our ward. Please see his personal message below

Dear Neighbors,

It's that time of year again -- time to put your tax dollars to work through our People's Budget program! This is a participatory budgeting process that we have run every year since taking office, in which Ward residents are able to propose and vote on infrastructure spending in the 40th Ward.

Voting on this year's PB projects can be done online at https://bit.ly/2022PB, and is open to all Ward residents 14 years of age and up. Voting has been extended through December 31st -- weigh in before the end of the year to make your vote heard!

We are also accepting project proposals for the next year of PB voting. Visit the Project Proposal Webform to submit suggested infrastructure, including alley and street resurfacing, curb and gutter work, sidewalk repair, speed controls, and more!

Yours in Service and Solidarity,
Alder Andre Vasquez, 40th Ward
