Zoning Change Request - 5400 N Ashland

The 40th ward recently held a public meeting with Alan of Candea Development to discuss the proposed project at 5400 N Ashland Ave. Prior to this meeting, WANT’s Land Use & Zoning Committee met to review the project. In response to the Alderman’s request for feedback, LUZ reiterated WANT’s commitment to down-zoning in our neighborhood and found the plans that were submitted are not a good fit for the neighborhood.
