New METRA Station Ground Breaking - Nov 1st @11am

Dear Neighbors,

Alderperson Vasquez has announced the formal groundbreaking of Metra's newest station, located at the intersection of Peterson and Ravenswood on the UP-N line!

They will be breaking ground at 11:00am on Monday, November 1st, at the current worksite and staging area on Ravenswood Ave at Peterson, east of the tracks. Press and elected officials will be in attendance, along with Metra's project crew and senior leadership.

I look forward to the completion of this project, which will connect 40th Ward neighbors quickly and conveniently with downtown, other Chicago neighborhoods, and with the North Shore from Evanston to Kenosha.
