COMING SOON: RIDGE/PETERSON METRA STATION!

Alderman Andre Vasquez’s office is thrilled to have a dedicated Metra stop coming to the 40th Ward!

Groundbreaking on the Ridge/Peterson Metra Station is planned for May 5th, with major work taking place over the summer of 2021 and completion expected in 2022.

WARD NIGHT TOWNHALL

In place of the regular Monday Ward Night on April 26, the Alderman will be holding an informational town hall featuring representatives from Metra and their lead contractor, John Burns Construction, to provide project information and take questions. Due to ongoing COVID-19 precautions, this meeting will be held digitally via Zoom.
