KN95 Masks are available in 40th Ward!
Please see the note below from Alderperson Vasquez on the 40th Ward’s distribution of masks for neighbors in the ward:
Dear 40th Ward Neighbors,
As many of you may have seen, on Monday, Mayor Lightfoot announced that each Alderperson is receiving 20,000 KN95 Masks to distribute amongst their constituents. Alderman Vasquez's office has received their supply and have organized their distribution plan.
Recognizing the Covid concern of having everyone showing up to one place to pick up their mask at the same time, Alderman Vasquez's office has created a form for neighbors to fill out in order to request their KN95 masks (2 per neighbor).
That way they can schedule pick up times, as well as determine which of our seniors and disabled neighbors need to have masks delivered.

For those who have trouble accessing the internet or using devices, please call Alderman Vasquez's office at 773.654.1867 and they will be able to help fill out the form for you over the phone.
Volunteer help needed!
