Community Meeting 7/27 6pm for Broadway Armory programming

The City of Chicago and Chicago Park district are planning to halt current park district programing at the Broadway Armory to temporarily open an emergency site to house immigrants/asylum seekers. This is a quickly developing topic and a community meeting has been planned by the 48th ward's alderwoman, Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth, joined by Alderperson Andre Vasquez.
